Scott D.M. Simmons is an illustrator known for creating artwork for book publishers, special events, entertainment companies, and private commissioners. His regular projects include art for graphic novels, web comics, sketch cards, pins, patches, games, comic strips, posters, t-shirts, badges, signs, marketing materials, and educational books. Scott's comic style artwork has been published in official projects from Image (Hack/Slash), Topps (Star Wars), Upper Deck (Marvel), Moonstone (Voltron), Arcana (The Dead Cell), Corgi Press (Our Super Mom), Sugar Skull Media (Halloween Man), Todd Dezago (Mike Wieringo Tellos Tribute), Eric Ratcliffe (New Comic Day), and Ringtail Cafe (DiceQuest, The Confectionaries, The World After, FurReality). Scott also publishes his creator-owned series Knights of P.O.W.E.R. Scott's artwork has also been displayed in art galleries and museums. Some his Star Wars artwork is seen on official merchandise and club giveaways at Star Wars Celebration. He hosts comic convention panels featuring regional comic creators and also teaches art workshops to both adults and children at community centers and libraries. Scott lives in Cincinnati Ohio with his wife and enjoys traveling, concerts, volleyball, and rollercoasters. |
